WEBINAR 1 : The busy schema therapist's guide to using simple formulation as a springboard for treatment

Across two sessions, you'll learn how to:

  • Experiential assessment techniques to go deeper quickly 

  • Learn simple mode mapping to directly inform and enhance imagery and chairwork

  • Confidence to synthesise all of the assessment data into a simple and logical treatment plan

  • Clear strategies to share your formulation with your client so it enhances the therapeutic relationship 

  • Easy ways to weave the formulation into each treatment session so interventions are on point

 

You'll receive:

  • 2 x 90 minute live interactive sessions with Q&A​

  • Access to the time the time limited recording (for 12 months)

At an impasse with a client? They might feel stuck too. Use chairwork, a powerful perspective taking technique, to turn stuck moments into CHANGE moments! Join me for my chairwork webinar on moving forward with clients resistant to change.

​Across two sessions, you'll learn how to:

  • Introduce clients to chairwork without the cringe 

  • Use chairwork to ignite motivation for change 

  • Manage stuck clients who resist chairwork through powerful techniques

  • Adapt chairwork for change to either an online or face-to-face setting

​

You'll receive:

  • 2 x 90 minute live interactive sessions with Q&A​

  • Access to the recording (for 12 months)

  • Practical, printable resources to help you learn and remember the key concepts

WEBINAR 3: The busy schema therapist's guide to foundation imagery rescripting  (part 1)

​

You'll walk away with:

  • How to ethically introduce imagery to clients - how to approach informed consent 

  • Introducing experiential work without the cringe

  • How to build confidence in conducting imagery rescripting  

  • Trouble shooting common problems with practical solutions for the detached protector​

​

Pre-requisite: this course assumes knowledge of imagery rescripting. Participants should have complete a beginners course or higher for imagery rescripting.  

​

​​When: 6.30pm Mondays, 20 & 27 October 2025, 2 x 90 minute online sessions, Australian Daylight Savings Time

 

​Recording? Yes, all sessions will be recorded and available to participants for a limited time

​WEBINAR 4 (part 2): The busy schema therapist's guide to advanced techniques for imagery rescripting (part 2)

​

You'll walk away with:

  • How to detect and deal with the critic when it enters the image (it can be sneaky!)

  • Knowing how and when to use future imagery for behavioural rehearsal 

  • Advanced technique to tame the dreaded detached protector 

  • Linking the past (the image) with the presenting problem using "imagery forwards"

  • Special considerations for neurodivergent clients

 

​​Pre-requisite: participants should have a good understanding of how to conduct imagery rescripting

When: 6.30pm Mondays, 17 & 24 November 2025, 2 x 90 minute online sessions, Australian Daylight Savings Time
