What I do

I’m a Clinical Psychologist working in private practice with adults in Melbourne. My passion is helping therapists feel more confident using schema therapy by making it practical, accessible, and effective.

 

I offer individual schema therapy supervision (both accreditation and non-accreditation), schema therapy group supervision, and training. I also founded and co-administer the Schema Therapy Interest Group on Facebook.

 

Why I’m passionate about teaching imagery rescripting 

Imagery rescripting is a powerful way to meet the needs of the vulnerable child and heal schemas. Yet, many therapists lose confidence after a session doesn’t go as planned and end up avoiding it altogether.

​

That’s why I’m running these webinars—to give you the skills, structure, and confidence to use imagery rescripting effectively, and to know exactly how to respond when things don’t go smoothly.
