  • Detect a sneaky critic in imagery and your options to deal with it

  • Use future imagery for behavioural rehearsal 

  • Tame the dreaded detached protector 

  • Float forwards to link adaptive messages and why that matters 

  • Adapt imagery rescripting for neurodivergent clients

What I do

I work in private practice with adults in Melbourne. I love to help therapists feel more confident when using schema therapy by simplifying it and making it more workable. I offer individual schema supervision for both accreditation and non-accreditation, schema therapy group supervision, and training. I live and breathe schema therapy and am the founder and co-admin of the schema therapy interest group on Facebook. 

 

Why I'm passionate about supporting therapist's to use imagery

Imagery rescripting helps heal schema by meeting the needs of the vulnerable child. All too often therapists get "spooked" after a hiccup when using the technique and end up avoiding it.

 

I am running these webinars to equip you with the skills to confidently use imagery rescripting and confidently know what to do when it doesn't go smoothly.​
