What I do

I work in private practice with adults in Melbourne. I love to help therapists feel more confident when using schema therapy by simplifying it and making it more workable. I offer individual schema supervision for both accreditation and non-accreditation, schema therapy group supervision, and training. I live and breathe schema therapy and am the founder and co-admin of the schema therapy interest group on Facebook.

When clients feel stuck, therapists can feel stuck and powerless too. I created this webinar to help stuck therapists feel more confident to tap into the power of chairwork.​
