ABOUT

Advanced Certified Schema Therapist & Supervisor

Clinical Psychologist | PsyBA Supervisor

What I do

I work in private practice with adults in Melbourne. I love to help therapists feel more confident when using schema therapy by simplifying it and making it more workable. I offer individual schema supervision for both accreditation and non-accreditation, schema therapy group supervision, and training. I live and breathe schema therapy and am the founder and co-admin of the schema therapy interest group on Facebook.

Why I'm passionate about supporting therapist's to use experiential techniques

Experiential techniques like imagery and chairwork help to heal schemas. All too often though, therapists geta bit "spooked" after a hiccup when using techniques and end up avoiding it understandably.

I am running these webinars to equip you with the skills to confidently implement experiential techniques and get back on track when it doesn't go smoothly.
