My name is Tena (pronounced Ten-uh), I have been working with clients for 17 years and continue to gain enormous satisfaction from supporting others. I work with adults in private practice with high prevalence disorders along with common personality disorders such as BPD.
I offer clinical supervision for therapists who are committed to professional growth. I have also created easy to use, clear and comprehensive schema formulation and treatment guides to streamline formulation and treatment planning.
