I provide Schema Therapy supervision to help Psychologists better understand the schema therapy model, refine clinical formulation and use experiential techniques. I am not taking new supervisees currently but you are welcome to contact me to join my waiting list.
WHAT IS SCHEMA THERAPY?
Schema Therapy helps individuals lead more fulfilling lives by changing deep negative unconditional beliefs and learning more helpful coping styles. It is a longer-term approach (15+ sessions) that suits a broad range of conditions including depression and anxiety. The aim is to break dysfunctional patterns and to meet needs long term.
