FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What level of experience do I need to participate? Is everyone at the same level?
The group's structure, which includes case questions and live demonstrations caters well to all levels of experience provided the therapist has attended at least one schema therapy course in their career.
We have members who are feeling shy about experiential work, those who are early career but also many who have been delivering schema therapy for years and still others who are undertaking accreditation.
I missed out on a place this term, is there a waitlist for next term?

There is indeed! Pop your details into this form and I'll advise you of the pre-sale. Once you are an enrolled group member you will have early access to join for the subsequent term, so you never miss out again.
Will sessions be recorded?
Sessions are not recorded so that group members can feel comfortable sharing case information. For ethical reasons, it is paramount that we protect the confidentiality of our clients, even when sharing cases in a de-identified manner.

I offer a make up session for group members, which you are welcome to attend if you miss a session during the term.

I offer AI summaries of sessions to assist with your CPD logging and send these out to the entire group. It means if you miss a session you can still learn from the detailed summary.

Do I need to come prepared?
There's nothing you need to do to prepare. Just a willingness to learn about the topic we're focussing on, which you will vote for.
It's your choice whether you want to ask a general question (e.g. what's the difference between the angry child, and the bully attack mode) or ask a more specific case questions (how do I work with an angry protector/bully attack in the room?).

You are also welcome to simply observe if that's what you.
I did the group last term, can I do it again?
Absolutely! One reason group places are so scarce is that many group members attend for multiple terms. Each group is different because it's tailored to the unique needs of the group that term.

What I Do
I work in private practice with adults in Melbourne and love helping therapists feel more confident and skilled in using schema therapy. I simplify complex techniques, making them practical and workable in real clinical settings.
I offer individual supervision (for accreditation and non-accreditation), schema therapy group supervision, and training.
Why I Love Running Schema Therapy Supervision Groups
From the very first group I ran three years ago, I’ve loved seeing therapists gain clarity, confidence, and a felt sense of experiential techniques. I thrive on challenging questions and impromptu demonstrations—helping therapists learn by seeing, doing, and reflecting.

My favourite part is providing a nurturing, supportive space where therapists can thrive, have those “aha!” moments, and enjoy the process. It’s practical, hands-on, and genuinely fun!
