I work in private practice with adults in Melbourne. I love to help therapists feel more confident when using schema therapy by simplifying it and making it more workable.

 

I offer individual schema supervision for both accreditation and non-accreditation, schema therapy group supervision, and training.

 

I live and breathe schema therapy and am the founder and co-admin of the schema therapy interest group on Facebook.

My name is Tena (pronounced Ten-uh), I have been working with clients for 18 years and continue to gain enormous satisfaction from supporting others.

 

I work with adults in private practice with high prevalence disorders along with common personality disorders such as BPD.

 

I offer clinical supervision for therapists who are committed to professional growth. I also create easy to use, clear and comprehensive schema formulation and treatment guides to streamline formulation and treatment planning.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & ASSOCIATIONS

BaPsych, PgDipPsych, MaPsych (Educational), MaPsych (Clinical)

​I hold full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PSY0001126432) and have an area of practice endorsement (AoPE) in Clinical Psychology.

 

I am a Board Approved Supervisor. I am a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPI) and the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST).
